Our Community

As a social enterprise, we use our platform, voice and resources to give back and bring attention to causes we believe in. This year, we are committing 5% of two of our largest revenue streams to organizations doing vital, community-led work across Canada.

– 5% of all Uncharted™ revenue will be donated to the Moose Hide Campaign. This is a powerful, Indigenous-led movement working to end gender-based violence and create safer communities for women, children and all those on the gender-continuum.

– 5% of all Renew Edge Change Management revenue will be donated to the MS Nation Community Foundation. This organization is supporting those diagnosed with MS and their families with practical and accessible community.

Our work is grounded in community,in connection, and in relationship!

Our Community

As a social enterprise, we use our platform, voice and resources to give back and bring attention to causes we believe in. Our commitment is to contribute 5% of our two largest revenue streams to a movement that is making a positive difference. We believe real change happens when we embrace our differences, leverage our strengths, and come together as a community.

Our work is grounded in community,in connection, and in relationship!

WHY?

Our work focuses on the human experience and culture at workplaces. We know that organizations do not exist in isolation, they are part of broader communities, histories, and responsibilities. By embedding our community give back directly into our revenue model, we are choosing to share success, support community-led solutions, and align our business practices with our values. This commitment is not a marketing campaign. It is an ongoing practice rooted in accountability, learning, and relationship.

We believe impact and profitability are not opposing priorities. Strong organizations are built on strong communities and how we earn matters just as much as what we earn. As we grow, our responsibility grows with us. This is one way we are choosing to honour that responsibility, openly and intentionally.

Thank you for being part of a community that believes business can, and should, do better.

A Legacy of Commitment

Beyond Diversity Inc. and the Moose Hide Campaign

We stand in solidarity with the Moose Hide Campaign, a movement dedicated to ending violence against women, girls, and those across the gender continuum. Over the years, we have actively supported the campaign by organizing events, amplifying awareness, and encouraging meaningful action within our networks.

Campaign Day 2026 is May 14th. We invite you to participate in the campaign, donate to support the campaign, and deepen your understanding by enrolling in the “we are medicine online course.

Together we can end violence towards women, girls and those on the gender continuum!

Our Pillar of Support & Reconciliation Commitment

We acknowledge all the Indigenous Nations who have cared for these lands since long before our time and who continue to steward and nurture them today. We honour Indigenous Peoples across Turtle Island and recognize the enduring strength of their cultures, knowledge systems, and deep relationships. As a people-centred organization, we believe that reconciliation is inseparable from how we learn, lead, and do business. As we step into 2026, we reaffirm our commitment to learning and growing “in a good way”, with intention, respect, humility, and courage.

We recognize that much of Indigenous history has been erased, distorted, or left untaught, and that meaningful reconciliation requires us to face uncomfortable truths while remaining open to learning and unlearning. We believe active allyship is an ongoing practice, not a destination. It means taking responsibility for our own education, seeking out Indigenous history and perspectives, and honouring what has been lost without placing the sole responsibility of teaching or healing on Indigenous Peoples.

We remain open to learning new ways to listen, learn, support, and take action toward real reconciliation. We understand this work evolves, and we commit to evolving with it, guided by relationships, accountability, and care.

We invite our clients, partners, and broader community to intentionally set aside time to learn, reflect, and act so that together, we continue this work thoughtfully, bravely, and in a good way.
